This policy applies to all users of the Genpire platform, including free and paid accounts, and covers all content created, uploaded, or generated through our services.

2. Permitted Uses

Genpire may be used for:

• Designing packaging and product containers
• Creating promotional and branded merchandise
• Generating technical specifications for manufacturing

3. Prohibited Content

You may NOT use Genpire to create, design, or generate content related to:

3.1 Weapons and Dangerous Items

• Firearms, firearm components, or ammunition
• Explosives, incendiary devices, or explosive components
• Knives, bladed weapons, or martial arts weapons intended for harm
• Chemical, biological, or radiological weapons
• Any device primarily designed to cause injury or death

3.2 Illegal Products

• Drug paraphernalia or equipment for producing controlled substances
• Products that facilitate illegal activities
• Items prohibited by international trade laws or sanctions
• Products that violate local, state, or federal regulations

3.3 Intellectual Property Violations

• Counterfeit products or replicas of branded goods
• Designs that infringe on trademarks, patents, or copyrights
• Unauthorized use of logos, brand names, or trade dress
• Products designed to deceive consumers about origin or authenticity

3.4 Harmful or Offensive Content

• Content that promotes hate, discrimination, or violence
• Sexually explicit or pornographic material
• Content involving the exploitation of minors
• Content that harasses, threatens, or defames individuals
• Symbols or imagery associated with hate groups

3.5 Deceptive Products

• Products with false safety certifications or claims
• Misleading health or medical device designs
• Products designed to circumvent safety regulations
• Hidden compartments designed for smuggling or concealment

4. Prohibited Activities

You may NOT engage in the following activities:

• Attempting to bypass, disable, or circumvent AI safety filters or content moderation
• Using automated tools, bots, or scripts to access the service
• Reverse engineering, decompiling, or extracting AI models or algorithms
• Sharing account credentials or allowing unauthorized access
• Reselling, sublicensing, or redistributing the service without authorization
• Uploading malware, viruses, or malicious code
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts
• Interfering with or disrupting the service or servers
• Collecting or harvesting user data without consent
• Impersonating Genpire, our employees, or other users

5. AI-Generated Content Guidelines

When using AI features, you agree to:

• Review all AI-generated content before use in production
• Not rely solely on AI-generated specifications for safety-critical products
• Verify that AI outputs do not infringe on third-party rights
• Disclose AI-generated content where required by law or industry standards
• Not use AI to generate misleading or deceptive content

Genpire includes built-in safeguards to prevent the generation of harmful content. Attempting to manipulate prompts or inputs to bypass these safeguards is a violation of this policy.

6. User Responsibility

You are solely responsible for:

• All content you create, upload, or generate using the service
• Ensuring your use complies with applicable laws and regulations
• Obtaining necessary rights for any content you upload (logos, images, etc.)
• Verifying that product designs meet safety and regulatory requirements
• Complying with your organization's internal policies
• The actions of anyone who accesses the service through your account

7. Content Monitoring and Moderation

Genpire reserves the right to:

• Monitor content created through the service for policy violations
• Use automated systems to detect prohibited content
• Review flagged content and user reports
• Remove or disable access to content that violates this policy
• Report illegal content to appropriate authorities

8. Reporting Violations

If you become aware of any content or activity that violates this policy, please report it immediately to:

9. Enforcement and Consequences

• Legal Action: Pursuit of legal remedies for serious violations
• Law Enforcement Referral: Reporting of illegal activity to authorities

The severity of the response will depend on the nature and severity of the violation, whether it is a repeat offense, and other relevant factors. We reserve the right to take immediate action for serious violations without prior warning.

10. Appeals

If you believe your content was removed or your account was suspended in error, you may appeal by contacting us at support@genpire.com. Please include your account information and a detailed explanation of why you believe the action was incorrect. We will review appeals and respond within 10 business days.

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Acceptable Use Policy from time to time. We will notify users of material changes by posting the updated policy on our website and updating the "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
